M.Ware for Ships is a maintenance management solution for ships developed with a focus on the operating processes aboard a ship and the ever-changing nature of a marine environment. In particular, this solution enables economical ship operation by supporting crucial maintenance work processes vital to keeping a ship functioning. M.Ware for Ships saves maintenance costs and enhances management efficiency. This is important for ships delivering high value products. For example, Floating Production Storage & Offloading (FPSO) oil rigs and off-shore plants.

  • Inspection period and history management of equipment during dry-docking or at sea surveys
  • Links the results of a dry-dock or at-sea survey and associated maintenance functions to computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Hull management

  • Hull inspection is divided into sectors
  • Test results are classified separately providing overall status of the entire hull’s condition
Smart inspection
  • Enter inspection values or operation data into mobile device at the work site
